Refund & Cancellation Policy
Version v1 · Last updated Feb 17, 2026
1) Introduction This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) describes rules for cancellations, renewals, and refunds for Vibelo3DWorks (the “Platform”). By subscribing to or using a paid plan, you agree to this Policy.
If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, this Policy prevails only regarding refunds/cancellations.
2) Cancellation 2.1 How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Platform (when available) or by contacting support at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. 2.2 Effect of cancellation. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. 2.3 Access after cancellation. Unless stated otherwise, you will continue to have access to paid plan features until the end of the period you have already paid for (end of the current billing cycle). After that, your access may be reduced, suspended, or adjusted depending on the applicable plan. 2.4 No automatic refund. Cancellation alone does not automatically generate a refund for the period already paid, except where required by law or provided in this Policy.
3) Renewals 3.1 Automatic renewal. Paid plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, as presented at the time of sign-up. 3.2 Payment failures. If a payment/renewal fails, we may retry charges in a reasonable manner and/or suspend paid access until the issue is resolved.
4) Trials and Promotions (If Applicable) 4.1 Trial. If we offer a free trial, you may use the Platform during the indicated period. At the end, the subscription may convert to a paid plan under the terms presented at sign-up. 4.2 Limitations. Trials/promotions may have limitations, duration, and eligibility rules, and may be offered once per user/account where permitted by law. 4.3 Ending a trial. If you cancel during a trial, access may end immediately or at the end of the trial period depending on the product configuration.
5) Refunds (General Rule) 5.1 Standard rule. Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, payments to the Platform are non-refundable, including partially used periods. 5.2 No pro-rata refunds. We generally do not provide pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law.
6) 7-Day Guarantee (When Advertised at Checkout) 6.1 Condition. If, at the time of sign-up/checkout, the Platform expressly advertises a “7-day guarantee” (or similar policy), you may request a refund within that timeframe under the terms presented at checkout and/or in this section. 6.2 Timing. The 7-day period begins from payment confirmation (or the start of the paid period, as indicated at checkout). 6.3 How to request. To request a refund under the guarantee, contact support at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the information listed in Section 9. 6.4 Limitations. The guarantee may not apply to: - non-refundable taxes/fees where required by law; - third-party charges and external costs (when applicable); - abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or material violations of the Terms; to the extent permitted by law and as indicated at checkout. 6.5 Checkout controls. If there is any difference between this section and the specific terms shown at checkout, the checkout terms control for that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
7) Exceptions (Cases We May Review) We may, at our discretion, review full or partial refunds in cases such as: - confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges - a Platform technical issue that prevents substantial service use for a relevant period - other extraordinary cases reviewed by support
Case-by-case decisions do not create an obligation to grant refunds in future situations.
